1. I don't own the email address I use to log in to SkoolBag
You need access to the email address to reset the password. The person who owns the account will receive the reset password email and they can reset the password.
If nobody at your organisation can access this email account, please contact support.
SkoolBag advises that each user has their own account and does not charge for additional users. If you need assistance with updating a user's status to Admin - here's an article on how to add an Admin.
2. I’m not receiving my reset password email
If you do not receive the notification to your inbox, your email account may have diverted it to your junk or spam folder. Please check these areas of your email account. Example screenshots from Gmail and Outlook are below:

Click here to provide your details to our support team who can assist you.
4. My email address is not recognised
Please ensure you are entering the email address you have registered with SkoolBag's Admin Console. If you need assistance please contact support.
