As a Global Admin user, it is possible to personalise access on a user level and grant permission for users so they can access SkoolBag features and content.
That means, if Sue a parent is the point of contact for the tennis club, the school's Global Admin can grant Sue access as a Restricted Admin to be a Group Manager, so she may post to that content category or group from the Admin Console or the SkoolBag App but she isn't in control of managing users or editing eNewsletters.
Follow the steps to update User Access Levels:
1. Log into your Skoolbag Admin Console
2. Click on > Users and go to edit screen of the user to change user access levels.
3. On the >Access Level you are given three options, explained below
A. 'User' - This is best suited for parents or other users who are using SkoolBag to receive information. This is a 'view-only' user type on the SkoolBag App. They can edit their Content Group subscriptions via 'Add/removing Groups' from the SkoolBag App.
B. 'Restricted Admin' - Restricted Admins are typically teachers, parents or volunteers who would like to post content but aren't responsible for managing the SkoolBag account. It is possible for the Global Admin to choose the level of control for 'Restricted Admin Users'.
Permission options explained if switched to 'Yes':
C. Global Admin Users - Typically school staff and they have full access to the Admin Console. They can set permissions to other Admins to limit their access by simply selecting Yes/No from the permissions list.
