Double notification issue - Some customers were experiencing that some notifications were being sent twice. Once reported this issue was greatly reduced in the frequency of occurrences and then fully rectified on the 9/August/2019.
Email authentication issue - Some customers were finding emails were not being sent. This was reported on Thursday 8/August and rectified on Friday 9/August. All emails that were sent after 2.30 pm NSW, Australia on the 9/August were automatically resent. Any emails sent prior to this would need to be resent.
