SkoolBag is relied on by your community to receive updates and notices, so why not use it to send home homework and activity ideas? It’s really easy to set up class groups and enable your teachers and class parents to post to their groups.

Encourage parents to join groups themselves, or use our user management tools and add parents directly to groups. You can then share homework content to the group and notify your users via app notification and/or email.
- It’s quick and easy to create a class group
a. Select ‘Content Groups’
b. Select to ‘Add New Group’
- Ensure the group includes all intended users
a. Save and share the below image with your community and encourage parents to add groups themselvesb. Adding users from the user list by selecting the users from the user list and then ‘Add to Group’c. Update user groups by downloading the current user list and updating it by editing a CSV file. - Send homework or activity ideas home to your community
a. When creating a message, select ‘Add attachments or images'b. If you are using Google Classroom, or another eLearning system, you can use the ‘Add eform, video, map or weblink’ section to include a weblink to the platform on your SkoolBag message
c. If you would like your community to respond via email, choose the ‘Reply via Email’ option
