This article focuses on sending or resending App Invites to users who have already been added or uploaded to your Admin Console.
To ensure you can control access to your school's app content, SkoolBag requires that your app users Create an Account before they can start using the app.
They can do this by downloading the app and signing up.
The SkookBag Admin Console features the ability to send invitations to individual users as well as adding multiple users at once, more on this here.
01. Log into your Skoolbag Admin Console
02. Click on > Users and select users to whom you wish to send invitations. You can filter users by Group, Access Level or Status.
To send invites to users who have been Added, but have not yet created an account, Select the Status "Users without a login (Email Only)" and check SELECT ALL.
3. Click on Send App Invite on the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Note: The Admin user has the option to click Select All and send the app invite to the entire user list or click on specific users and send the app invite to them individually.
03. On the popup message > Accept the performed action by selecting OK.
