How to reset a user password when a user is having difficulties logging onto the SkoolBag app.
01. Log into your Skoolbag Admin Console
02. Click on > Users to select the user(s) to send Reset Password email.
Note: Click Select all and click on the reset password button if you wish to reset the password for all users. If the password reset is required by a single user select them by clicking on the empty checkbox in front of the username and click on the reset password button to perform the action.
03. On the popup Message > Accept the performed action by selecting OK.
