We've developed detailed guides to get the most out of SkoolBag's features. These step-by-step walkthroughs are designed to explain exactly how each feature in your Admin Console works.
So far, we've covered the basic SkoolBag features but will be continually updating our guides. The goal is to give answers to common questions, without needing to wait for a response from our support team.
If you're stuck using a particular feature, you can find the relevant guide using the search bar in the top right-hand corner of this page.

If you have an issue that's not covered by our Product Guides, you can still contact our support team.
The easiest way to do this using the icon on the bottom left of the page (it's moved from the right!).
You'll be prompted to first search our support articles. If you can't find an answer and when our support agents are online, you'll be able to chat with them.
When they're unavailable, you'll be directed to submit a support ticket (which you can also do here at any time).
You'll receive a confirmation email and updates when our support team responds to your enquiry.
You can also still contact support via phone.
Please note: We're rolling out our new platform gradually, so some schools will still see the old icon, in which case, you can carry on as usual until you notice the change!
